Refund Policy

If Heron doesn't work out for you, we'll refund you — no questions asked. A debugging tool should earn its keep; if it doesn't, you shouldn't pay for it.
How to get a refund
- Email support@getheron.app from the address you purchased with, or include your order ID.
- That's it. Telling us what didn't work helps us improve, but it's optional.
How it's processed
- Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your license key is deactivated once the refund is issued.
Statutory rights
This policy is on top of, not instead of, any consumer rights you have under local law (for example the EU 14-day withdrawal right).
